CNC Wood Machinist - Stockport

Salary: £ 13.50

Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00

Time Recruitment Solutions is proud to be working with a well-established company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E) across the education, commercial, and healthcare sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled or semi‑skilled CNC Wood Machinist to join their dynamic team in Stockport.

About the Role

As a CNC Wood Machinist, you will be responsible for:

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Converting measurements from metric to imperial.
  • Operating CNC machinery on materials such as MDF and laminate.
  • Cutting and edging components for cabinets and fittings.
  • Working to tight tolerances with precision and care.

This is a hands‑on role where meeting deadlines is essential due to the nature of client projects. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values good working practices and continuous improvement.
