The ideal candidate will operate CNC turning machines while ensuring high quality and precision. This role offers a temporary to permanent opportunity with a salary range of £17-£20 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating CNC turning lathes.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC turning machines, producing precision components to tight tolerances, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC turning lathes to produce precision components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain tolerances and quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic machining issues
Requirements
  • Proven experience operating CNC turning lathes
