Qualifications

  • Experience working as a CNC Turner Setter Operator.
  • Confident using Fanuc controls or similar.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Previous experience in precision engineering or low-batch manufacturing.
  • Ability to deburr and maintain quality.

  • Set and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls.

Your Job Role - CNC TurnerSetter Operator

  • Set and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
  • Machine low-volume, high-precision components to tight tolerances
  • Work from engineering drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy and finish
  • Build and set tooling, establish datumand create machining offsets
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools and submit first-offs for approval
  • Contribute to team continuous improvement initiatives and maintain clean workstations
  • Producingvery high quality components to be used in advanced technology industries

  • Experience of working as a CNC Turner Setter Operator
  • Confident with using Fanuc controls or similar
