Overview

Mazco Recruitment are proud to be representing a precision engineering company in Dudley, who are looking to expand their team with an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator.

The Role

• Setting and operating CNC lathes, working on Miyano, Nakamura and Doosan machines
• Working with both bar-fed and chucking setups
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Adjusting offsets and ensuring quality standards are consistently met
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Working to production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator
• Confident in setting and operating CNC lathes
• Some knowledge of Fanuc controls and programming adjustments is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
