UMS Flowell are a bespoke quality supplier of both our own and customer design of high quality products and services to oilfield customers worldwide. Our primary area of expertise is in downhole completion equipment for ESP (Electrical Submersible Pumps) and natural flow oil wells. Having secured long term supply contracts with some of the worlds largest operation companies in this field.

As part of our forward growth plan and Business Development we are looking to recruit Experienced CNC Machine Shop personnel to join our growing team at our in-house machining facility. (Pascoe Engineering)

The Role(s)

• Programming, Setting and Operating our CNC Lathes using Fanuc Control system. To produce our own design component and product parts.
• 37 Hour Working Week (Dayshift) / 40 Hour Nightshift
• Working week will/could be on an Dayshift or Nightshift system working 5/4 days per week.

Successful Candidate Rewards

• Competitive rate of pay with earnings up to £50K per annum (Based on experience, skill level & additional shift rate)

Preferred Requirements

• Time-Served CNC Machinist with Turning experience
• Experience of Setting & Operating CNC Machines with Fanuc Control
• Fanuc Programming Experience Advantageous.
• Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings.
• Experience of working to high quality standards on precision components
• Ability to use a wide variety of measuring equipment whilst checking and documenting your own work.
• Ability to work well within our team showing good communication skills, Open to both train and transfer skills to any new or existing employees to support business objectives
