Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).

Salary: Competitive Salary £32,000 - £45,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14.

About The Role

Due to their fast-growing business, the company have a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-change set‑ups, tight tolerances and a full component production from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision. Program and set multi‑axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately. Consistently produce high‑quality components to exact specifications. Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential). Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow. Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.

Schedule
  • Monday to Thursday, 7.30am – 4.30pm (30 mins for lunch)
  • Friday 7.30am – 1.30pm
