Senior Electronics Engineer

Key responsibilities include product development from concept through production and aftersales, leading electronics design reviews and contributing to programme planning and execution.

  • Hands‑on product design, embedded systems, modules, and full product architecture.
  • Motor drive and control knowledge.
  • Transducer signal conditioning and embedded processing to graphical display.
  • Design for Reliability, Serviceability & Manufacturability (DfX).
  • Prototyping, transfer to production and documentation generation.
  • Lead electronics/systems project design reviews.
  • Assist Project Leader in planning and risk management.

Electrical Engineer

A dynamic role supporting production, buying and service departments with hands‑on assistance on special projects and prototypes.

  • Provide practical hands‑on assistance on special projects and prototypes.
  • Support the Senior Engineer as requested.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and modify circuit and wiring diagrams.
  • Maintain BOMs, drawings, and ERP information.
  • Supply technical support to buying, production and sales service departments.
  • Release products for production once checks are completed.
  • Create and update designs to EU directives and standards.

Essential candidate requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience ideally.
  • CAD and electrical design experience.
  • Hands‑on prototype building, wiring and fault finding.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Design Engineer

Responsible for designing and documenting high‑quality products, creating SOPs, 3D models, and detailed technical drawings.

  • Proficient with SolidWorks and 3D CAD.
  • Knowledge of BS8888 & ISO128 drawing standards.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Degree (or equivalent) in a technical or mechanical discipline.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and create 3D models for new products.
  • Develop SOPs, work instructions, and user manuals.
  • Maintain documentation for production, training, and installation.
  • Support NPI and FMEA documentation processes.
Product Development Technologist

Lead raw material evaluation and support production challenges while developing new products and innovations.

  • Science‑based degree or above.
  • Understanding of raw materials, R&D processes, and lab equipment.
  • Project management experience and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure safe laboratory practices and process optimisation.
  • Support production with technical insights and guidance.
  • Drive R&D projects and propose innovative textile solutions.
Technical Documentation Engineer

Creates and maintains high‑quality SOPs, user manuals, and product fabrication drawings.

  • Experience with SOPs and installation/user manuals.
  • SolidWorks CAD skills and understanding of BS8888 & ISO128.
  • Problem‑solving using 8D or 5‑Why methods.

Key responsibilities

  • Create 3D models and SOPs for new products.
  • Develop work instructions and training materials.
  • Maintain illustrated parts catalogues.
  • Support FMEA and NPI documentation.
Senior CAD Design Engineer

Design and develop products using CAD (AutoDesk Inventor), collaborating with production to optimise designs for manufacturing.

  • Produce accurate technical drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with production for manufacturing optimisation.
  • Check technical drawings and support shop floor team.

Requirements

  • AutoDesk Inventor knowledge (preferred).
  • Metals and machining process knowledge.
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent) preferable.
Manufacturing Design Engineer

Designs and develops new products from concept to final approval, supporting customers and the manufacturing base.

  • Creo or other 3D design proficiency.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • Experience in manufacturing or machining environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Process new enquiries and deliver quotations/design proposals.
  • Support FEA and engineering analysis.
  • Develop detailed design and manufacturing implementation.
  • Project management and client liaison.
Head of Finishing

Manages a finishing department, delivering high‑quality paint and lacquer finishes to prestigious clients.

  • Lead a small team and operate spray equipment.
  • Apply high‑quality top‑coat finishes using spray guns.
  • Maintain production control, stock and safety standards.

  • Significant experience in paint and lacquer spraying.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
