Qualifications

• Essential experience programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes.
• Confident in machining various materials including aluminium and stainless steel.
• Ability to complete documentation according to ISO9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate CNC lathes to produce high-accuracy components.
• Work on varied production volumes from prototypes to batch production.

Skills

Strong electrical/mechanical knowledge of CNC machine tools

Experience with Fanuc OI-TC / I-Series controls

Confident machining aluminium and stainless steel

Manual turning experience

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Skilled in using precision measuring equipment

Completion of documentation within ISO9001 & AS9100 standards

Flexible and self-motivated
