South West Recruitment Ltd in Verwood is seeking a Permanent CNC Turner to join a precision engineering company with a reputation for quality and responsive service. You will operate Fanuc CNC turning centres to manufacture high-precision components.

You will read engineering drawings, program at the machine control, inspect your own work and ensure tight tolerances. The role includes 39 hours per week with overtime options and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Time Served and strong engineering background required.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Able to program at the machine control (Fanuc) and inspect own work.

Aufgaben

• Run, set & operate CNC Turning (Lathes) Machine Centres
• Setting tools & producing components
• Loading/unloading of CNC machine tools and fixtures
• Ability to select, set and change tools
• Working on highly technical products to tight tolerances
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and policy
• Complete necessary daily documents such as Time Sheets
