Job summary

A global precision engineering company is looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join their team in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programming CNC turning machines, including those equipped with a bar feed system. This role offers competitive pay of £14–£16 per hour, a day or afternoon shift, and benefits such as a contributory pension and 24 days of annual leave.

CNC Turner

We are looking for a CNC Turner to join our client who are a global precision engineering company specialising in aerospace, defence and various other sectors. They are looking for huge success across the business!

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a fast-paced subcontracting environment, with the ability to adapt to frequent daily changes.
• Competent Programming CNC Turning machines from scratch.
• Experience working with CNC Turning machines equipped with a bar feed system.
• Experience working on 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC Turning machines.
• Proven experience using Fanuc controls.
• Excellent attention to detail, including precise deburring and conducting first-off inspections using verniers, thread gauges, micrometres, and other measuring tools.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively, managing two machines simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits

• £14ph - £16ph
• Day shift or afternoon shift available Monday - Friday
