CNC Sliding Head Turner / CNC Lathe Setter-Operator

• Machines: Star, Citizen, Tornos, or similar head machines
• Controls: Fanuc or Mitsubishi
• Material: Plastics (acetal, nylon, PTFE, PEEK) - small turned parts
• Work Type: Small-batch tight-tolerance components for medical, aerospace, or instrumentation
• Experience required: 3 years + sliding-head/operating; confident with offsets, tool changes, first-off inspection
• Inspection Tools: Verniers, micrometers, gauges
• Shifts: Mon-Friday; 8-4:30 Mon-Thu, earlier finish Fri
• Pay Range: $20+ per hour
