Qualifications

• Strong background in CNC machining, either turning or milling.
• Experience being a supervisor or team leader in manufacturing.
• Confident in interpreting engineering drawings and inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNC operations to meet production and quality targets.
• Lead and develop a team of machinists in a safe environment.
• Allocate workloads to optimize machine usage and manpower.
• Resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct performance appraisals and maintain production records.
• Promote a positive safety culture on the shop floor.

Skills
