Thrive Employment is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator in Dudley to join a professional manufacturing team. You will set and run CNC lathes and vertical machining centres to produce high‑quality components from detailed drawings.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, using measuring gauges, and performing self‑inspections to ensure tight tolerances. Excellent attention to detail and safe working practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC lathes.
• Reading and working from technical drawings.
• Ability to use manual measuring equipment and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components.
