Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Setter/Operator to join a high precision plastics manufacturer in Nailsea. You will set up and operate mills, working with plastic components, with full training provided.

The role offers early finish Fridays, 35 days holiday, a profit sharing scheme, unlimited overtime, training and an employer matched pension. Commuting to Nailsea is expected from surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Setter/Operator or similar on milling machines.
• Experience working with plastic components.
• Willing to commute to Nailsea and commit to site-based role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mills for plastic components.
• Ensure accurate milling and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement.
