Shift Pattern (Rotating)

Mon‑Thu: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Fri: 6:00 am – 11:30 am

Mon‑Thu: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm

Fri: 11:30 am – 5:00 pm

Applicants must be able to work both shifts.

The Role

As a CNC Setter Operator, you will set and run CNC Turning Lathes to produce precision components to extremely tight tolerances. You’ll be part of a skilled team working with modern equipment and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and run CNC Turning Lathes
• Machine high‑precision components to tight deadlines
• Carry out in‑process checks using micrometers, digital calipers, shadow graph and laser micrometer
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings
• Machine parts to tolerances as tight as 0.010 mm / 10 microns
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously
• Maintain accurate machining records and TPM documentation
• Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards and H&S guidelines
• Protect confidentiality of customer information
• Consistently deliver high‑quality, accurate work

What You’ll Bring

• Confident use of measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, shadow graph, laser micrometer)
• Ability to work both shifts as part of rotation
