Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Setter/Operator for a days-based, Monday-to-Friday role in Keighley, Bradford. The position offers unlimited overtime, state-of-the-art machinery training, and a strong emphasis on high-precision grinding and milling within a world‑leading manufacturing environment.

You will set and run CNC machinery, work with grinders, mills and lathes, and be part of a 40-strong team. Overtime is uncapped and may significantly boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC setter/operator on grinders, mills or lathes.
• Willingness to work unlimited overtime and training on new machinery.

Are you a CNC Setter/Operator looking for a role inside a high precision manufacturing company where you have unlimited overtime opportunities, giving you the chance to increase your yearly take home?

This company are a world leading high precision manufacturer who specializes in precision grinding and manufacturing systems, supplying into the Aerospace and Energy industries. In this role you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, working in a team of 40 where you will receive training on high level state‑of‑the‑art machinery, whilst being offered flexible working hours and unlimited overtime.

This role would suit a CNC setter/operator or similar looking for a role which offers unlimited overtime, flexible working hours, and state‑of‑the‑art training on the newest machinery.
