Job: CNC Setter/ Operator

Perm Shift Pattern - 6am -2pm two weeks then 2pm-12am two weeks with Fridays off.

Area: Redditch

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary; £14ph Plus and shift allowance

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate 4- and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision components for the aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors
  • Maintain high-quality standards through regular self-inspection using gauges and measuring equipment
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  • Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience operating CNC milling machining centres
  • Familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc or Mazatrol controls
  • Strong understanding of measurement and inspection tools
  • A proactive, positive approach to work, learning, and teamwork
  • Good Maths
  • Ideally, an Engineering qualification
