Job summary

A precision engineering company in Birmingham is seeking a CNC Turner to set and operate CNC lathes, including Mazak models. This position offers a competitive pay rate of up to £17 per hour and regular working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and until 12:30 PM on Fridays.

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Precision Engineering client based near the Jewellery Quarter. They manufacture high precision parts for clients like Rolls Royce, pharmaceutical and all your major defence clients. They employ over 70 members of staff and have been established for over 60 years.

Role

Due to continued growth they are looking for a CNC Turner who can set / operate CNC Lathes. They have Mazak lathes and are willing to train an applicant on Mazaks. People who have worked on other controls will be accepted.

Pay

Paying up to £17 p/h.

Hours

7:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday; 7:30am – 12:30pm Friday
