Job summary

System Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Service Engineer to join our client near Reading. You will travel across the UK and Ireland installing, repairing and maintaining CNC machines, with a focus on laser manufacturing used in electronics.

The role requires extensive travel, stays away from home, and experience with CNC laser machines in electronics manufacturing. You should be based within commuting distance of Reading or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and maintaining CNC machines.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.

Established UK distributor of CNC equipment requires an experienced CNC Service Engineer to join their team based near Reading. Your role will be to travel across the UK and Ireland, installing, repairing and maintaining CNC Machines with a particular emphasis on Laser manufacturing in the Electronics sector.

Your background should include extensive commercial experience of installing and maintaining a range of CNC Machines. Of particular interest will be Field Service Engineers with exposure to CNC Laser Machines used in electronics manufacturing.

The role requires extensive travel across the UK and Ireland and so regular stays away from home will be required.

The role will suit individuals currently working as CNC Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer - CNC Machines, Service Engineer, CAD CAM Engineer, CAM Service and be living within a commutable distance of Reading, Berkshire, Basingstoke, Hampshire, Oxford, Oxfordshire, Swindon, Wiltshire or be willing to relocate.
