Role and responsibilities

• Develop, prove out, and optimise CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning centres to aerospace standards.
• Interpret drawings and CAD models, select tooling, and verify processes through simulations and inspections.
• Support operators during setup and production while driving process improvements for efficiency and tool life.
• Collaborate with different teams throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
