Overview

CNC Programmer (Technical Training & Development) £30,000 - £55,000 + Fantastic Technical Training + Premium Overtime. Workshop based role, commutable from Plymouth, Liskeard, Tavistock, Callington, Ivybridge, and the surrounding areas.

The role involves developing and optimising CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning centres, ensuring aerospace quality standards are met. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, selecting tooling, running simulations and inspections, supporting operators, driving process improvements and working closely with different teams throughout the manufacturing process.

The role would suit someone with CNC Programming experience looking to work on a complex product range and technically develop their career.
