Job Title: CNC Programmer, Setter & Operator (3-Axis CNC)

Location: Birmingham (Full-Time)

Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Driving Requirement: Must have a valid driving licence and access to transport

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer, Setter & Operator to join our team in Birmingham. This is a full-time position working on high-quality cabinetry components, using a 3-axis CNC machine, edge bander, and panel saw.

Training will be provided on the relevant software, making this a great opportunity for someone with foundational CNC experience who is looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programming, setting, and operating a 3-axis CNC machine for cabinetry production
  • Working with edge banders and panel saws to complete component fabrication
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and precision in all work
  • Maintaining machinery and ensuring safe working practices
  • Collaborating with production and design teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • Previous experience in CNC machining (3-axis preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Willingness to learn new software (training provided)
  • Experience with woodworking machinery is a plus
  • Must be able to drive and commute to our Birmingham site
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
