This role involves producing accurate CNC machining programmes and requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in 3-axis CAM programming, as well as proven expertise in 5-axis programming. Candidates should be proficient in Alphacam or similar software and have strong CAD understanding. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in 3-axis CAM programming.
• Proven 5-axis CAM programming experience.
• Proficiency with Alphacam, Hexagon products or similar CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit and optimise CNC programmes using CAD/CAM software.
• Create and update work instructions and documentation.
• Design jigs, fixtures, tooling and shop aids for CNC operations.
• Support CNC operators with programming queries and troubleshooting.
• Review and implement feedback to improve machining strategies.
