CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator – Days • Kingswinford | £16.00 – £17.00 per hour (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus • Monday to Friday | 06:00 – 14:30 • Permanent | Full-time • Fastener Manufacturing

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Programming and setting CNC turning machines (Fanuc controls)
  • Producing components to tight tolerances and customer specifications
  • Reading engineering drawings and working independently to deliver high-precision parts
  • Carrying out self-inspection and ensuring quality is maintained
  • Reporting tooling needs and ensuring the work area is kept clean and safe
  • Supporting continuous improvement and development of machining processes
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of CNC programming experience (Fanuc essential)
  • Previous experience working with fasteners or in precision engineering
  • Strong understanding of turning processes, hand tools, and measurements
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and quality-focused
