CNC Turner - Mazak Programmer/Setter/Operator

Actio Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a leading precision engineering company based in Ferndown. We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner with proven experience programming, setting, and operating Mazak machines.

The Role:

You’ll be joining a well‑established team producing high‑precision components for aerospace, defence, and other demanding sectors. This is a hands‑on role requiring full‑cycle machining expertise on Mazak Integrex lathes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming using Mazatrol controls
• Setting and operating multi‑axis CNC machinery
• Interpreting complex engineering drawings
• Ensuring tight tolerances and high‑quality finishes
• Conducting in‑process inspection and quality checks

About You:

• Time‑served CNC Turner with Integrex experience
• Confident programming in Mazatrol
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tooling
