Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Engineer, Supervisor, or Manager in a CNC environment.
• Experience in leading a team of CNC Machinists.
• Excellent communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritising, issuing, and scheduling work orders for the Machine Shop.
• Managing production targets and KPIs.
• Ensuring quality and compliance of manufactured products.
• Championing health and safety in the Machine Shop.
