We are a prestigious sign company looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our enthusiastic team amid major investment and expansion. The role plays a key part in developing the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Set, operate and programme 3‑axis flatbed CNC router for aluminium, acrylic, foam PVC, polycarbonate, and aluminium composite materials.
  • Read production drawings and configure operating programs to achieve optimal results.
  • Operate CNC waterjet and CNC laser cutter machines (training provided if required) – waterjet with aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel; laser cutting acrylics.
  • Collaborate with other production team members on sign manufacture.
  • Advance the capabilities of equipment to enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding and experience running a CNC router.
  • Ability to read production drawings and set operating programs.
  • Experience with waterjet or laser cutter is advantageous but not required.
  • Self‑motivated, driven, and capable of exploring equipment capabilities.
