Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of multi-spindle machining.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery to produce threaded parts.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

CNC Operator (Double Days)

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire (LE4)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

CNC Operator Pay: £15.33 - £18.00 Per hour Dependent on experience.

CNC Operator Shifts - Double Days

(rotate bi-weekly)

Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 5.30am - 2.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break and Friday 5.30am -1.30pm with a 20-minute lunch break.

Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm - 10.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break and Friday non-working day
