CNC Operator - Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating CNC machinery, primarily laser cutting machines and CNC punching machines.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conducting quality checks on finished components using appropriate measuring tools.
• Performing routine maintenance checks to ensure machine efficiency.
• Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations within the workshop.
• Working proactively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator is essential.
• Experience operating CNC laser cutting machinery (preferred).
• Experience operating CNC punching machinery (preferred).
• Ability to work independently on the late‑shift schedule (2 pm‑10 pm).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• A proactive and positive attitude.

Regular overtime will be available!
