Job description

Active Staff are pleased to be representing a prestigious well known company in Andover. They are currently expanding their team and looking to add a CNC setter/operator to engineer components within Aerospace & defence on a night shift.

If you have operated a 3 or 5 axis mill or lathe this could be a fantastic opportunity to develop further with on the job training!

Role

• Operate CNC machines, including milling and turning, to produce high-quality components.
• Apply basic mathematical skills to measure and calculate dimensions accurately.
• Quality checking components ready for despatch.
• Loading and unloading machinery.
• Adhering to health and safety.
