A leading engineering recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a CNC Offline Programmer for an exciting opportunity. You will create programs for high spec machinery in a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision for automotive and motorsport applications. Ideal candidates will have experience with Siemens NX or Hypermill CAD/CAM software and a track record of producing programs for precision parts. Competitive salary up to £55,000 with overtime available.

How many sub con machine shops pay their programmer's overtime?! This one is not to be missed! A highly competitive salary with plenty of overtime paid at time and a half is on offer You will be working for a supplier into some very well-known businesses!
The business have two sites, but this would be working out of their newly set up facility in Rowley Regis. You will be creating programs for the latest Matsuura 5 axis milling machines. These high spec parts are produced and supplied to one of the leading names in F1 as well as other high end automotive and motorsport businesses.
This is a position where you will be given Autonomy to make decisions, so naturally with that responsibility you must be credible. You will be in daily contact with the machinist's that are running the programs so being on hand to answer any questions is a necessity. On a daily basis, you can expect to be defining the manufacturing strategy for a variety of components working with materials including Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium and Steel whilst engaging closely with the Machine Shop team to optimise each manufacturing process.
As long as you have that NX or Hypermill experience then we would love to speak to you. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday day shift and can offer an immediate start!
