Overview

CNC Milling Technician - Progression to Production Management
Location: Stroud
Salary: Competitive DOE
Shifts: Mon-Thu 07:30-16:00, Fri 07:30-15:00
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

As a Milling Technician, you'll be working on the production and programming of high-precision aerospace machined components. You'll take ownership of complex machining tasks, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Alongside your technical responsibilities, you'll be encouraged and supported to develop your leadership skills, with a view to stepping into a Production Management position in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Proven expertise in both producing and programming aerospace machined components
  • Hypermill proficiency - this is an essential requirement
  • Strong working knowledge of Fanuc controls (Heidenhain desirable)
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take on leadership responsibilities in the future
