Qualifications

• CNC milling experience and ability to operate 3-5 axis machines.
• Proven leadership skills, with responsibility for a team of machinists.
• Knowledge of quality processes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines (3-5 axis).
• Write and edit CNC programs using MasterCAM.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
• Lead and train a team of 5 machinists.
• Aim to optimise manufacturing cost and quality.
