Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Miller for a role in Bideford with a focus on training in online and offline programming. The position offers a £40,000 - £45,000 base salary, overtime to £52k, and a specialist training package.

You will program, set up and run CNC machines, working with plastics and metals, in a defence-related environment. There is potential for progression into supervisory positions within a modern workshop.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC programming is required or training available.
• Willingness to learn online and offline programming.
• Interest in progressing to supervisory or managerial roles.

Are you a CNC Miller looking to join a well-established company that offers specialist training in online and offline programming, working a 4-day week?

In this role you will be responsible for programming, setting and running CNC machines working with plastic, stainless steel, copper and several other materials. This varied role gives you the opportunity to become more skilled in CNC programming.

Established over 20 years ago, this defence specialist company are looking to grow and expand their workforce as they have recently relocated into a state-of-the-art workshop with a clean work environment.

This role would suit CNC Miller who is looking for specialist training on online and offline programming and looking to progress their career into managerial positions.
