Overview

Mazco Recruitment is working with a leading precision engineering company in Kings Langley, specialising in high-quality aerospace components. We are seeking a CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join their growing team on a day shift basis.

Responsibilities
  • Setting and operating DMU and Hermle 5-Axis Milling Machines
  • Producing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
  • Reading and working from engineering drawings
  • Working within a clean, modern workshop environment
  • Ensuring quality standards are met through in-process checks
Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for a machinist who has solid 3+ years" experience in CNC milling and is now looking to progress their career from 3- and 4-axis machining into 5-axis. Full training and support will be provided to develop your skills on advanced machinery.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in CNC milling (setting & operating)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of aerospace standards and quality requirements (advantageous)
  • Keen to learn and progress into full 5-axis machining
  • Positive, proactive approach to precision engineering
