Duties
  • Role is for Milling and Turning
  • Program CNC machines using SolidWorks and CAD software
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines
  • Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and improve machining processes
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
  • Working mainly with aluminium
Requirements
  • Proficiency in programming CNC machines using SolidWorks and CAD software
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials handling
  • Familiarity with hand tools and basic math skills
  • Mechanical knowledge to understand machine operations and troubleshoot issues
  • Experience with logic controllers and tooling is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Can work remotely or part of a team
  • Background of working with Hass and Mazak would be adventurous
