The Opportunity

We are looking for two experienced and talented CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operators to join our friendly, professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with the latest Fanuc-controlled 3–5 axis CNC milling centres and Matsuura multi-pallet machines in a forward-thinking company that values skill, precision, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program, set, and operate Fanuc-based CNC milling machines (3–5 axis).
  • Produce high-quality components to customer specifications and aerospace standards.
  • Monitor machining processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain precision and quality.
  • Load, unload, and inspect parts to ensure conformance to engineering drawings.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
  • Follow all safety protocols and quality procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC milling machines (3–5 axis).
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (Hypermill preferred; training provided if needed).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
