Job Title: Skilled CNC Miller / Programmer

Location: Exhall, Warwickshire

Salary: Between £15-£18 per hour + Paid 4-weekly + Overtime

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours:

  • Mon-Thurs: 6.45am-4.00pm (30 mins lunch)
  • Fri: 6.45am-11.45am
  • Overtime available as required

Holiday: 26 days annual leave

Overview

We're seeking a Skilled CNC Miller/Programmer to join a fast-paced, high-precision engineering environment. You'll be working predominantly on 1-off components using Haas machinery, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines
  • Offline programming using OneCNC (training available)
  • Work from detailed engineering drawings
  • Check own work using bore mics, micrometres, depth mics, etc.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced workshop
  • Uphold health and safety best practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller/Programmer
  • Confident with offline programming (OneCNC preferred)
  • Skilled in producing 1-off precision components
  • Strong measuring and inspection skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and dependable team player
