Qualifications

• Program CNC machines online using Heidenhain Controls.
• Set up and operate Bridgeport VMC 1000.
• Perform loading, unloading, and basic inspections.

Overview

We are working closely with a family run 13 man company, nice people, busy place in an old school workshop environments based in Wyken, Coventry who are looking to add a CNC Milling Programmer, Setter, Operator, due to an upcoming retiree at the end of the year

Responsibilities

• Online Programming using Heidenhain Controls
• Setting/Operating Bridgeport VMC 1000
• Loading and unloading components
• Deburring and inspection / testing work alongside helping to operate other machines from time to time as needed (Covering people off etc)
• Shadowgraph knowledge or experience would be great but not essential

Working Hours

Working 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Thur, Friday 7:30am-12:30pm (39 hours)

Manufacturing precision

The company itself are bespoke in precision manufacturing up to 20 microns
