Permanent, Full‑Time | Mon–Thurs 7.30am‑4.30pm, Fri 7.30am‑12.30pm
Salary: From £18.00 per hour + overtime

The Role

• Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to tight tolerances.
• Create, edit, and prove out CNC programs referencing detailed drawings.
• Manufacture precision components (one‑offs and small batches).
• Carry out self‑inspection to ensure quality standards.
• Work independently or as part of a team in a busy machine shop.

Requirements

• Proven CNC Setter/Operator experience.
• Ability to program CNC milling machines from detail drawings.
• Mazatrol experience (essential); 5 Axis experience (preferred).
• Skilled in CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Flexibility to cover both Nottingham and Hinckley sites when required.
• Access to transport.
