Job Title: CNC Miller / Programmer
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller/Programmer to join our dedicated team. The role involves programming and operating 3-axis Heidenhain-controlled milling machines, producing high-quality, small-quantity components (typically 1, 2, or 4-off). This is a varied, non-repetitive role, there is no batch work. We are offering an exciting challenge and the opportunity to work on a wide range of parts for multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls (3-axis)
• Manufacturing precision components to high standards, typically in low volumes
• Interpreting technical drawings and CAD data
• Maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Working collaboratively in a team-focused culture that values quality and continuous improvement
• Opportunity to run multiple machines of varying sizes depending on workload and experience

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller, ideally with Heidenhain control knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
• Skilled in programming from scratch at the machine (or offline knowledge is a bonus)
