CNC Miller (CAD/CAM Training)

£40,000 - £44,000 + Days Based + Training on CAD + Flexible start time + 37.5hr week + International Company

Telford, Shropshire

Are you a CNC Miller, Machinist or similar with online programming knowledge looking to expand your skillset in a fast‑paced environment that can offer further training on CAD/CAM design and offline programming?

Do you want to work in an environment that manufactures into a host of different industries, enabling you to learn and further develop?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a well‑established manufacturing company that supplies into a wide range of industries. The company prides itself on investing in and training its staff, maintaining a clean working environment and providing autonomy for its engineers. It is expecting to grow revenue by 50% in the coming years, building on a solid reputation and supplying to clients like SpaceX.

In this role you will be working alongside a team of 30 CNC engineers, directly working with five engineers on a 200‑thousand‑square‑feet site. Monday to Friday on a 37.5‑hour contract with flexible working hours. Day‑to‑day you will be working through the whole cycle of manufacturing from design to producing the final product.

This opportunity would suit a CNC Miller, Machinist or similar with online programming skills to expand and further develop their skillset, build a long‑term career in a fast‑growing industry with plenty of autonomy and no micromanagement.

The Role:

• Setting, operating and programming CNC Mills
• Working in a 200‑thousand‑square‑feet innovation hub
• Training on CAD/CAM programming and 3D Design (SolidWorks)
• Structure development plan
• Flexible working hours
• 5hr week Monday - Friday
