CNC Miller

Salary: £20.55 per hour
Location: Based 10 mins drive from Brackley
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday–Thursday day shift

We’re supporting a well‑established engineering manufacturer known for producing high‑accuracy tools and components. Due to continued demand, they’re looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their day shift team. You’ll be working on complex, high‑tolerance components, contributing to a team that prides itself on engineering excellence.

CNC Miller Duties
  • Setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components
  • Manufacturing small and medium batch runs efficiently and accurately
  • Reading & interpreting engineering drawings (including GD&T)
  • Inspecting components using a range of measuring equipment
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks
CNC Miller Profile
  • Strong CNC programming knowledge, with the ability to confidently read and edit programmes
  • Experience with multi‑pallet CNC Milling machines
  • Ability to read & understand complex technical drawings
  • A detail‑driven mindset and commitment to high‑quality work
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in a precision engineering environment
