CNC Programmer Roles and Responsibilities:

• Produce and provide part programmes, setting information for the shop floor
• Assist with the planning for the CNC section of the workshop floor
• Be responsible for the organization of programs
• Plan and specify tooling requirements for production, including fixture and cutting tool list
• Support and advise other employees as required
• Assist sales with technical advice, simulations & recommendations

The ideal CNC Programmer will:

• Skilled Programmer, setter and operator
• Experience and skill in programming and setting CNC plant, creating part programs and methodologies on CNC Mills
• Experience using HAAS machinery and/ or FANUC code
• Experience with EDGECAM CAD/CAM Software
• Be used to working with a range of materials and often to tight tolerances

Working Hours + Benefits:

• 37-hour weeks
• Opportunity for overtime, weekend and shift work (paid at a premium)
