ETS Consulting Ltd is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for a permanent role at a Cheshire manufacturing site. The role covers operating 5-axis and 3-axis CNC machines, with emphasis on high-speed routing, profiling and multi-bore drilling. Programming skills are useful but not essential, with on-site training and development offered to progress your career.

Salary starts at £38,000 and rises to £45,000 after probation, plus pension and overtime. Double days shift pattern: Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained CNC machinist with hands-on experience.
• Minimum 3 years after completing apprenticeship.
• Background in manufacturing environments preferred.

Based within one of the UK's leading FMCG manufacturing groups my client is looking to recruit several experienced CNC machinists to add to their existing team. The facility in Cheshire has been there for over 40 years and is focused around highspeed deliver of orders to its blue chip clients. This manufacturing site is part of a group which turns over more than £50 million and therefore is an extremely secure group.

The Role

The company require permanent position CNC Machinist & Programmer within their manufacturing plant. The desired candidate will have experience of operating all aspects of CNC machines (5 axis & 3 axis) linear routing, profiling and mutli-bore drilling. Programming skills would be useful but are by no means essential. The company will be supportive in terms of training and development, which could lead to further career opportunities.
