We are working with a world class power transmission equipment company, who are seeking a talented CNC Machinist - Turner to join their innovative team in Coventry. What You Will Do:

• Set and operate CNC Lathes (Fanuc/G-Code) with precision and efficiency.
• Generate CNC machine programmes and ensure components meet manufacturing specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, understanding tolerances and requirements.
• Assist other operatives with setups, tooling, and cutting details to optimise performance.
• Identify and prepare tooling, fixtures, and machine programme needs in advance to minimise downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cutting fluid checks, and machine cleaning.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist - Turner, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
• Strong ability to understand and read G codes.
• A-Level or equivalent education.
• Expertise in working with Fanuc/G-Code CNC Lathes.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to machining components with precision.
