Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Machinist in Dudley with proven experience on Siemens and XYZ ProtoTRAK machines. You will set up, program and operate CNC machinery on steels and bronzes, with a 7:30am–4:00pm weekday schedule and optional overtime of up to 20 hours weekly.

The role offers progression into supervisory levels, 30 days holiday and training opportunities as the company expands its automotive precision team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC Machinist with Siemens or XYZ ProtoTRAK machinery.
• Ability to set up, operate and program CNC machines.
• Experience working with steel/bronze to tight tolerances (as stated 0.01 microns).

Responsibilities

• Setting, operating and programming CNC machines.
• Working with Siemens and XYZ ProtoTRAK machines.
• Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm.
• Optional overtime up to 20 hours/week paid at 1.5x.
• On-call rota 1 in 6 weekends, paid at 2x with £120 per day.
