Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • No minimum experience; 0–2 years preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
  • SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience required.
  • Experience setting and operating CNC equipment.
  • On-machine programming experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of cutting tools and machining materials.

Responsibilities

  • Set and operate CNC milling machines (3- and 4-axis).
  • Set and operate CNC/NC surface grinders.
  • Carry out in-process quality inspections and address issues.
  • Comply with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
  • Follow process instructions, control plans and maintenance schedules.
  • Follow company Code of Conduct and Guiding Principles.
  • Maintain proper use of equipment and assets.
