This position offers a flexible day shift of 37.5 hours per week.

CNC Machinist - Gear Cutting (Permanent)

Pay Rates: A£17.92 per hour

Location: Leamington Spa

Gear Cutter CNC Machinist wanted to join a Gear Cutting team within a renowned engineering consultancy based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, paying A£17.92 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting technical drawings and planning route cards to produce components within routed timeframes
• Operating gear manufacturing CNC machines, ideally:
• Gleason GP300 ES Shaping Machine
• Gleason‑Pfauter 200 Hobbing Machine
• Liebherr LC20 Hobbing Machine
• Cutting various components using hobs and gear data provided in drawings, including spur gears, helical gears and splines
• Reading, understanding and editing CNC programmes, including modifying speeds and feeds as necessary
