About the Role

The Warrington site is a key production facility, equipped with modern CNC machinery and a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

This is a days‑only position, ideal for skilled machinists seeking stable working hours in a professional, well‑organised environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling or turning machines to produce precision components.
  • Interpret technical drawings, route cards, and engineering documentation.
  • Carry out first‑off, in‑process, and final inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Adjust programs, tooling, and offsets as required to achieve dimensional accuracy.
  • Complete production documentation and maintain material traceability.
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements / Person Specification
  • Time‑served CNC Machinist or equivalent experience in precision engineering.
  • Strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Confident use of precision measurement equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges).
  • Experience in CNC programming or setting (Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain desirable).
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on day shifts.
